• Customer Service: Be the main point of contact for inquiries and problems related to traffic management. Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical problems related to traffic management, working closely with the technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Traffic Coordination: Efficiently manage traffic flow, coordinating with internal teams to ensure optimal resource distribution and minimize response times.
• Documentation and Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolved issues. Proactively follow up to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the technical, sales, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem resolution.

Minimum Education:

• Higher Level Vocational Training – Higher Technician in Transport and Logistics

Minimum Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Spanish – Advanced Level
• Catalan – Advanced Level
• English – Advanced Level
